CHICKS, BUNNIES, BABIES… OH MY!

Serious squealing over here… my heart is just so filled with joy looking at these smiling faces! I am so pleased with how these Easter mini’s came out! I was SO worried about the rain (50% chance all day according every weather app) and yet, it worked out so beautifully!

A dear family friend, Toni, let me borrow some of her beautiful free-range chickies! She has about 400 of happy and healthy free-range chickens that lay eggs she sells at local farmer’s market. When I told her about my Easter idea she immediately told me about her sweet neighbor with two little girls who show bunnies! Being able to get these two species together was incredible and I think it made for some sweet family photos!

WEDDING | KACIE + MARK

When Kacie, Mark and I got together to discuss their wedding, they talked about how they wanted a party, not a traditional, big, or sparkly wedding; that wasn’t them. They are laidback, love laughing, and exceptionally sarcastic. Their wedding was about the celebration of love with close family, friends, and food. Y’all this wedding had TEX-MEX. If you know anything about any Texan – it’s that if there is chips and salsa near by, we’re there! LENNOX + CAKE SMASH

Y'all, can we agree this little one year old has the biggest smile with the cutest cheeks?! I couldn’t believe I got to take Lennox’s one year photos. It only feels like two months since I took his newborn photos! I was so happy when his momma contacted me about doing a lumberjack themed cake smash. I literally squealed looking at the outfit she sent me! I knew this theme was perfect because his daddy has this big, bushy, black beard and wears plaid regularly. Oh, and y’all, let me just throw out there that this mom just might be a superhero - she MADE that cake. Yes, that one that looks 100% store bought and delicious! She said she stayed up have the night and Pinterested like a boss! Wow! Serious skills there! I hope you enjoy the photos as much as Lennox enjoyed his cake!
